|  After all the hard work, I finally did it. I'm employed (casual) for now then going to climb that ladder. I am employed as a Recreational Assistant @ a long-term care facility. I'm so happy that I got it and have a wonderful staff to work with. Lots of information to remember, but it's well worth it. My classmate is also working there and that's just a bonus. Seniors is my passion.
I also got offered another position as a office administrator, but decided not to take it. It is full-time at a long-term care. I got offered it through experience, which is a big asset on resumes'. EXPERIENCE IS THE KEY !! I don't want to sit infront of a computer all day and ruin my eyes more and become blind. I already have a 825 eye site, 900 is legally blind. That is why I moved to guitar.
I also said to myself do I want to take this job and wake up in the morning wanting to go it? Office Administration, NO. Recreational Assistant, Yes. I also chose recreation position because I don't make the programs, unless I have to. I will climb that ladder and become manager someday. You can do with that Office Admin., but like I said I don't see it as a career. It will be a backup career for me (as I am possibly going back to school for it PT). I still have to research on that.
Anyway I got 2 more orientation days, but offically start Thursday with a mix of orientation, I think of work. 6 months probation.

| Here is a nice short weblog entry. First, I want to say i'm done my empowerment assignment after a painful 2 months of other assignments getting in the way. The next thing I want to say is, yay, I admit it, I can't set a mouse trap. This is what happened, I woke up at 3am after falling asleep on the couch, and when I stood up I saw a mouse. It went from one corner of the wall to the other, damn their fast. That woke me up for sure because I AM FUCKING SCARED OF RUNNING MICE !! So, I spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out how to set a mouse trap on my own, after 30 minutes of not being able to complete the steps, I consulted, yes you heard me, consulted the Internet & got my answer by watching a video on "how to setup a mouse trap". It was such an easy final step that it made me realize again that I look at things too in-depth. Now a set trap is made, mouse sound thingy scarer that my sister got last year, and poisonous mouse food. That should cover that. Damn mouse isn't gonna get away from me this time !! Anyhow hope you enjoyed that little spiel, that got a good laugh out of it ...

|  I'm done 2 assignments out of God knows how many. My back doesn't hurt as much anymore and I'm getting a lot better cause I was ill for the past week. My placement is starting to improve also. My guitar I played a bit yesterday because I rarely have time due to school. So things are going well slowly.
By the way, if you go to www.torontogasprices.com, that is a site to find cheap gas within the last few hours. Go there and find cheap gas.
I finally bought Lucky Charms again, Mmmmmmmmm, but now I need more milk, Dammit !!

| Today I had my test. It went okay, if i studied more it would have been better. After that, I went to the dentist. WOW  , I have never been through such a long cleaning of the teeth in my entire life. These dentists make sure that they get all the plaque and it's awesome. However, the taste is bitter and when they tell you to rinse for 1 minute, that minute is long after you had your jaw open for the past 45 minutes. And after all that, the bill came to $200. WOW  ; but it was worth it for all that work of 2 sessions of 45 minutes ...
My throat is sore and now i have fever. Good because I don't think i have to go to practicum this week. Bad because I have to make up for it and because I was supposed to start running the activites on my own starting this week. HAHA !!  I'm so Bad !!
My back ahh you don't need to hear about that, same old story ...
I can't wait to work-out hard again and be bigger !!

| Yay, I know I haven't written in quite a while. I have been busy with school. It has taken over my life and my main focus is on that. I have been keeping very busy, and trying to take things step-by-step. I have stress going through it, but trying not to stress out too much. I have a test on social welfare in Canadian Society tommarow, wish me "Good Luck"!! I never studied so hard in my entire life. I am still healing after two months from spraining of my back, stupid me, I should have just scraped my knees. My step-mom is saying it's my bed, and my sister agrees, it's so old. So i'm getting a new one!! Anyways, I like these two girls in my class, but taking it step-by-step, and seeing how things go from there. Taking things slowly, and trying to be communitative is the key !!
